Job Brief
QwikSkills is looking for an experienced B2C Sales Program Executive who is passionate about creating awareness about our product(s), marketing them well, and reaching the end goal of effectively selling them. This role will be part of the B2C sales function for our India/International Business Groups.
As a Program Executive, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment of a start-up to work with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and successfully complete the target.
You will also drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations, and reporting.

As a B2C Sales Program Executive, your responsibilities include:-
1. New customer acquisition.
2. Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
3. Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans toward reaching the assigned goals.
4. Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
5. Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
6. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
7. Customer relationship management.
8. Understanding the customer requirement and passing on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback.
9. Key account management.
10. New account development.
11. Operations and reporting.
12. Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
13. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
14. Travelling, as needed.
