Position Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media Management Intern to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in enhancing Quixta's online presence and engaging with our digital audience across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
- Monitor and respond to user comments and messages, ensuring timely and professional interactions
- Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and growth
- Collaborate with our web development and design teams to showcase our latest projects and technologies
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in the web development industry
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote Quixta's services and enhance brand awareness
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Mandatory : Prior internship experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Proficient in using various social media platforms and management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creativity and ability to produce engaging content
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with the web development industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
