Qutone - Team Leader - Telesales (1-6 yrs)
Tele Sales Leader is generally a part of the company's sales team and his/her primary job is to sell. He/ She will be responsible for fixing the company introduction and creating appointment for field sales. This position demands a clear understanding of the products/services they are selling and should be able to create impression by introducing the company.
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Visiting to relevant dealers for company Introduction and send them the introductory mails to get the appointments for the Sales Team.
2. Data Sourcing and Management
3. Start communication to generate interest
4. Tele calling to generate Skype meetings with potential clients
5. Develop Selling Skills & Business Knowledge to grow into Export Manager.
6. Market Intelligence and Competition Tracking.
7. Organising the Marketing Campaigns for company promotions.
8. Contacting the potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
Requirements :
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Tele Sales is mandatory.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Patience, Persistent and persuasiveness
- Fluency in Tamil or Telugu will be an advantage.
- Good understanding and negotiation skills
