Position Overview: Adsonitzelbath LLP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within the Delhi - NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably within the manufacturing industry, and a passion for driving growth and building lasting customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets in the Delhi - NCR region.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and budgets to senior management.
Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities and product launches.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote the brand and products.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively train the team.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in faucet and bathware or related sectors.
Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
