Quovantis - Digital Marketing Expert (8-10 yrs)
Whom are we looking for or What would be the role?
We are looking for someone great at creating brand positioning. Okay, let me rephrase. We are looking for someone effin great to put a company on the map.
Please don't get intimated. When I mentioned putting the company on the map, I wasn't looking for some deep cartography skills. I meant the proverbial digital branding map. Though some geography skills might come in handy as you would be helping a company operating out of a sparsely populated country with only 1.2 Billion eople...ahem...India.
Our marketing manager or like we would call them Our Evangelist would help position Quovantis as a leader in design led product development services.
Someone creative who understands how to run compelling marketing campaigns, text, image or video, to help position Quovantis as a technology partner for Bay area startups.
The marketing manager would be good with copywriting, working with creative teams, manage our web and social media presence. It's merely not presence, you know. We mean creating such a value based presence that people are compelled to follow it. Like, stalk us. Literally.
Yeah, I know. A swiss army knife of Marketing folks out there.
I get it that it's tough.
But, that's the reason we are looking at you. Yes, you. I know you are the one. This position was meant for you. If anyone could do it then why would we be looking at you?
So, all of this seems fine. The question is what would you be doing on daily basis. Well, I'm glad you asked
Work with the design and creative team to develop compelling content for marketing campaigns and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand the sales goals and priorities, and develop an integrated marketing strategy to support the sales and revenue goals.
- Execute digital marketing strategies to support new business growth including, but not limited to: email campaigns, influencer marketing campaigns, social media (organic) and website leads
- Analyze metrics and data to make recommendations that will increase ROI of digital marketing
- Generate actionable recommendations through an iterative, test-and-learn approach
- Manage, advice, educate and train a small marketing team responsible for content creation and social media campaign.
- Deliver consistent and regular post-campaign analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
- Participate, organize and be part of marketing campaigns associated with conferences, networking events or organized activities for lead generation and brand awareness.
