Position Details:
- Inside Sales Executive
- The Position will be based out in Navi Mumbai
Experience:
Minimum Experience:1-5 Years
- Preferred Education: Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred
Core Competencies:
- Should have minimum 1- 5years- experience of Inside sales in Enterprise Solution Sales, CRM or BI
- Outstanding analytic, organizational and reporting skills.
- Proven track record for meeting sales quota in a broad, diverse and complex market
- Expert in creating sales plays, writing call scripts, coaching the team and conducting sales trainings
- Outstanding ability to forecast, set goals, objectives and monitor sales activity
- Execute email campaigns over internet, social media.
- Database gathering and profiling of buyer personas
- Social media promotions and campaigns
- Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve for maximum sales productivity.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Achieve bookings targets, Pipeline funnel building targets, new account acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing functions on key initiatives including demand generation programs and customer acquisition strategies
- Build a solid inside sales/Lead generation team exceeds sales goals.
- Ensure right communication during Sales over call / Email to keep highest Customer satisfaction.
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support - company objectives.
- Develop and implement business tactics to support organizational strategies and goals.
