Quosphere is a fast-growing company with over 100 people on multiple skillsets and this year we are expected to add another 50 more resources. Some of the newer things that we are doing are based around Machine learning and voice driven analytics with a long-term vision of working towards AI. While we aim to get to the cognitive space, in the meanwhile we are already dabbling with advanced analytics and several features of Qlik using mashup, geo analytics amongst others. When it comes to Qlik we have one of the senior persons who was instrumental in making Qlik successful in India in the initial years on board as our CEO and there's a great traction with the Qlik ecosystem.

Responsibilities for BPO/Call Center/ Customer Care Executive:

- Our Customer is based in USA in Logistics & transport. The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.

- The candidate should be able to understand the clients complaints and work upon resolving them.

- The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.

Skills for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive :

- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.

- Both freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply

- Candidate should have good client servicing skills

- Educational requirements for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive :

- High School/Graduates/B Tech/Dropouts
