Quosphere - Business Development Manager - Solutions Sales - US Market (5-14 yrs)
Quosphere is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be a part of a dynamic team providing IT solutions to the customers within the geography of the United States. The person will develop new accounts, nurture, sell service, create and manage effective business relationship and is expected to manage the sales cycle for its IT Services & Products vertical.
We are looking for USA BDM for Solutions Sales in area of Analytics and CRM.
Qlik and SFDC services sales.
- Location will be Mumbai (Andheri) - flexible to work in US timings.
Roles and responsibilities:
The qualified Business Development professional will be responsible for :
- Developing new customers
- Acting as the Point of contact for the customers service requirements.
- Managing high level of business relationships with the customers at CXO levels
- Working closely with recruitment and delivery team to ensure effective customer acquisition, sales and delivery strategy.
- Regular communication with stakeholders
- Business reporting and projections to the senior management.
- Proactive approach in setting and meeting periodic business target.
Lead generation through cold calling :
a. Generate leads using various cold calling and email techniques
b. Own an area (Industry, region) and take leadership in driving results
c. Responsibility for individual contributions and overall team contributions
Experience and qualifications :
- MUST have 5 to 7 years of recent experience within US IT customers
- MUST have a track record of success in acquiring new customers through building/developing a network of customers/business contacts as Business Development Manager.
- MUST be someone who can create and execute a sales strategy for new customer acquisition by identifying and developing viable and competitive value propositions that differentiate us.
- MUST have experience in selling IT services and products through direct customer relationships
- Experience with strategic selling processes and success with calling on senior level management
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
- Strong business ethics, professionalism, personal integrity and strong oral/written communication skills.
- Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites and business contacts to identify new customers.
- MUST have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Desired Skills :
1) Candidates with experience in end-to-end sales cycles (lead gen to close) will be given preference.
2) Experience in Website marketing techniques
3) Experience in direct technology sales
4) Experience in social media lead gen and branding techniques
