Quosphere - Associate - Customer Service (1-9 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling overall operations of Logistics from source to delivery.
- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
- Getting deep into issues & providing efficient solution with help of the internal Team.
- Monitoring loads on the application system
- Email communications and follow-up
Required Candidate profile :
- Previous International customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Must be able to understand issues, help create solutions
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
- Flexibility to travel on his or own during day shifts
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
