Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, distribution, optimization, and performance analysis.

- Project Management : Independently managing multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and achieving set objectives.

- Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's business goals, drive user acquisition, enhance customer retention, and contribute to revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns.

- Content Strategy and Development : Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content that supports campaign objectives, including blogs, videos, social media posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and more.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.

- Performance Tracking and Optimization : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.

- Budget Management : Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

- Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, providing updates on campaign progress, performance, and outcomes, and manage expectations accordingly.

- Innovate and Experiment : Continuously seek out new marketing opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive growth.

- Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors' strategies to inform and refine marketing strategies.

- Customer Insights and Feedback Integration : Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies, improve product offerings, and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements :

- Proven Experience in End-to-End Campaign Management : 5+ years of experience in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns from planning to performance analysis, preferably in a B2C environment.

- Strong Project Management Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects independently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet set objectives.

- Content Strategy Expertise : Solid understanding of content marketing principles, with experience in developing and overseeing compelling content across various formats and channels.

- Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset : Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting campaign performance metrics and using data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.

-Strategic Thinker with Creative Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business goals, drive user acquisition, enhance customer retention, and contribute to revenue growth.

- Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools : Experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and other relevant platforms to monitor and optimize campaign performance.

- Budget Management Experience : Proven experience in developing and managing marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution with a strong ROI.

- Adaptability and Flexibility : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Related Field : A strong educational background that supports marketing expertise. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or project management are a plus.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. (It's a plus, not compulsory)
