Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to lead our creative team, driving the development of compelling content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our brand's message.
- This role demands a unique blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, with extensive experience in short-form and long-form content, video production, digital marketing and social media strategy.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to craft stories that not only engage but also convert, across various platforms and mediums.
Qualifications Required:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in content strategy, curation, and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field preferred.
- Expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong experience in managing content team, direct reports and leading cross-functional projects.
- Availability of a strong portfolio of content strategy, video content, or social media.
- Ability to perform in-depth research and use analytical insights to deliver compelling content.
- Experience of working in or with creative/content agencies is highly desirable.
- You will be required to cover 50 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging, informative, and impactful content that aligns well with our brand identity. Drive measurable outcomes with your content strategy..
- Lead the conceptualization and production of a wide array of content types, both long-form and short-form, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and digital health programs, ensuring high standards of creativity and impact.
- Analyze content performance and audience insights to inform and adapt creative strategy, ensuring maximum impact, ROI and conversion rates.
- Direct and support a team of content writers, graphic designers and social media managers to produce cohesive and high-quality content that reflects the brand's voice across all platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to enhance content quality and production capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment for the content, marketing and product team, encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
