The Digital Marketing Associate role is an exciting opportunity to help build and execute a digital growth and success strategy with the goal of providing an exceptional, multi-channel engagement experience. You will lead digital growth initiatives for a global audience that in many cases will be customers- primary means of interaction with peopleHum. You will be deep in creation, monitoring and optimizing your programs along the way. In your role as Digital Marketing Associate (6 months probation period), you will work with our team in Mumbai, India.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in a business, marketing or technical field preferred.
- Demonstrate being data-driven: continuously test, measure, and improve programs and tactics.
- Possess expertise in use of various content types and engagement methods, such as video, blogs, social media, email to execute digital programs.
- Excellent communication - verbal and written.
- Highly creative with experience/knowledge in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Cross-functional coordination of digital marketing programs.
- Provide support for Marketing Campaign ideation as well as execution on digital platforms.
- Expansion into new social media avenues and growth on existing social media platforms. Maximize digital impact through innovations and breakthrough thinking.
- Engage our customers in a human, meaningful and value-driven manner. Define and execute customer lifecycle adoption and engagement programs in accordance to digital strategy and execution plan.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors-activities
