- Engineering Bachelors + MBA preferred
- Any relevant experience is a benefit and not a must
- Requisite analytical, critical and awareness skills to pursue a career in product management
- Should be ready to join in the next 15-30 days and required to be in Mumbai.
Job Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in ideation and innovation processes for product formulation
- Conduct user research, market research, competitive research to build business case studies
- Define customer personas and create use cases, user journeys and define information architecture
- Drive the usability vision for the product and user interface designs by working with visual and UX designers
- Participate and direct information in formulation, delivery huddles, sprint planning and delivery
- Manage the product backlog and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed.
- Participate in development, testing, and deployment reviews to assure requirements are being properly addressed.
- Product demonstration and training for the field, operational teams and critical customers.
- Act as a leader within the company & help drive product innovation into the corporate culture.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- A technical bachelor's degree and MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No prior experience is necessary.
