Job Details :

- Any Graduate degree (B.E/B.tech/Bcom/BCA etc)

- 6 months full-time probation period with early conversion opportunity based on performance

- Immediate joining is preferred

- INR 24k/month

- Saturday & Sunday off

- MacBook Air provided

Responsibilities :

1. You will clarify the customer complaints, determine the cause, select and explain the best solution, then follow-up to make sure the issue is resolved. The whole enchilada.

2. Respond to tickets to help peopleHum customers with their issues

3. Participate in writing excellent help documentation both for internal use and for our customers

4. Log tickets with the development team and escalate appropriately based on the impact of the issue

5. Become a peopleHum power user before you can support others, you must know the product yourself

6. Onboard and train new customers well enough for them to fall in love with peopleHum

Required Qualifications :

1. Strong communication skills in English primarily. Secondary languages are a plus

2. You can translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences

3. Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new software platforms quickly

4. Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team

5. Highly organized. You can manage and prioritize several different projects
