Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensuring branch growth and profitability.
- Assigning targets to Account Managers and being accountable for the overall teams performance.
- Training and Development of the Team members.
- Achieves Sales operational objectives by recommending strategic action points and reviews sales funnel on a daily basis; implementing productivity, quality, and Customer centricity standards; resolving problems
- Meets sales financial objectives by creating Sales pipeline analyzing sales variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counselling field team; building and maintaining rapport with dealers & identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends new initiatives and service changes basis surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Required Candidate profile :
- 5-8 years of experience in to sales and preferably from Real estate portals,Classified ad sales etc
- Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills and an energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of data, as well as a strong business sense.
- Strong negotiation skills
