Job Description:
Roles and Responsibility:
- Approaching and selling online space to key accounts.
- Developing client pipeline in Real Estate sectors of operation
Following established sales procedure both internal (report making etc.) and external (contract signing etc.)
- Handling B2B sales-Through both Corporate Brokers as well as Direct Accounts/Corporates.
- Responsible for identifying and developing new business while retaining existing business.
- Developing relationships with Internal and External Customers.
Meeting sales target on a monthly basis.
- Excellent communication skills and presentable.
- Should have customer focus and result oriented approach.
Skill Set:
- To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and thereby promote direct sales.
- Follow up on customer enquiry and leads generated.
- Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance.
- Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis and thereby retain them.
- Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with existing clients.
- Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services.
- Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads.
Number, value and income target achievement.
Pay scale: Experiences Candidates - 20 to 25% Hike from the Present CTC
