Quikchex - Marketing Lead (7-15 yrs)
As the Head of Growth Marketing, your role will be spread across a variety of functions, including, but not limited to:
1) Owning the lead funnel, which includes identifying, building and managing multiple lead channels, and ensuring that there are sufficient qualified leads to feed the sales team
2) Overseeing our outbound strategy including:
a. Identifying and prospecting customer segments and working with the team to build the relevant database
b. Devising and executing highly targeted email campaigns using email automation tools with corporate and channel partner customers
c. Devising and executing outbound phone based campaigns with corporate and channel partner customers
3) Overseeing our inbound marketing strategy, including:
a. Building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties
b. Creating 1-2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.)
c. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
d. Grow our Blog subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that's aligned with their needs and interests
4) Overseeing our channel partner program which includes:
a. Identifying appropriate channel partners
b. Reaching out to prospective channel partners and empanelling them on board
c. Developing the channel partner as an active source of leads once they are brought on board
5) Optimizing our search rankings for all our web properties, through both on-page optimisation, as well as formulating and executing a back-link strategy
6) Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversion
7) Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
8) Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
9) Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
10) Managing (which includes hiring, training and monitoring) a team of 4 to 5 marketing executives across the different brands
Criteria
- At least 7 years of experience in the Digital Marketing and B2B marketing, targeting Indian corporate customers
- Proven, verifiable track record of achieving tangible lead commitments
- Strong technical expertise in marketing automation, email marketing and Wordpress
- Very strong strategic marketing expertise, with a proven track record of strategizing and executing successful marketing campaigns from scratch
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.
- Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization (experience with tools like MoZ or something equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
