Job Summary :
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and clients over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Outbound Calls (Reminder Calls) : Place outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
2. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
3. Script Adherence : Follow established scripts and call guidelines while maintaining a friendly and engaging tone.
4. Data Entry : Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.
5. Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls with potential leads to nurture and convert them into customers.
6. Feedback : Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns and strategies.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
- Proven experience in Tele Calling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
