QuickSell - Executive/Senior Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
What is this Opportunity?
The Business Development person will focus on customer acquisition, sales support & client prospecting. He/She works with current and prospective customers to find out what they want, communicate solution attributes and ensure a smooth sales process.
Location: Marine Drive, Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing and sales / B2B sales with an IT/ITES/E-Commerce/ Internet company-
What will You do:
1] Grow, develop and manage client relationships
2] Retain, develop and acquire customers via all sorts of communication means such as calls, emails, notifications and social media.
3] Research & manage accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements
4] Provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
5] Pursue and be updated on the knowledge about key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
6] Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
7] Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of your customers
8] Networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up through emails and phone calls, product demonstrations & execution of service agreements

1] Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
2] Resourceful and curious individual with a sharp intellect and the ability to pick things up quickly
3] Energetic, upbeat, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
4] A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
