QuickSell - Executive/Manager - Inside Sales (0-5 yrs)
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager at QuickSell. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and closing leads.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience in Inside Sales and Sales Management. Freshers can also apply.
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and implement them successfully
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- You will be responsible for aggressively calling up sales prospects from a huge list of prequalified inbound leads that come in every day.
- You need to know both the products in and out, and gain a very deep understanding of our business, our customers' business, as well as our competitors' businesses! Basically, the entire landscape.
- You should like talking to people. There is no hard selling in this job. Your role is to come across as smart and friendly to merchants so that they can trust you to help them achieve their business goals. Consultative selling.
- You should be techno-savvy and should be able to figure out your way around technology yourself. If you feel that technology is something that you just "get", and you are passionate about it - then this role is for you.
- We are looking for super smart people who can come in and join our core team, help us build processes, and scale the sales org rapidly.
Relevant qualifications include a strong understanding of the sales process, experience with customer satisfaction, the ability to analyse and interpret sales data, and experience with CRM tools. Experience in the technology or software industries is a plus.

Excellent Incentive Policy - A good Inside Sales Manager can earn incentives that are more than his monthly salary for achieving monthly targets.
Salary Range: 4 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs + Plus incentive (Ability to get more than salary, if you achieve targets)
Working days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
