Company Background:

- QuickReply.ai was founded in 2020 which helps eCommerce stores to increase sales, repeat purchases, get new customers by their WhatsApp marketing automation software. The company has grown 10x in last 6 months and scaling very fast.

- Our aim is to make the eCommerce experience for end consumers very smooth, and at the same time give right automation tools to merchants to manage customers at scale. Our automation platform not only helps merchants send automated messages on WhatsApp to get more sales, but also helps them answers customer queries automatically using AI & NLP.

- We have a very strong founding team who are very passionate about their work. It was founded by 2 IIT Delhi graduates who brings 12 years of industry experience. We are a small but excellent team.

Summary :

As a Sales Manager, you are a representative of QuickReply and ultimately responsible for growing our revenue. Our clients include some of the world's most respected companies and brands. They come to us for solutions to complex problems in their environments, not just to buy products. You will work with them to understand their needs and motivations, and guide them through a process to help them achieve their goals.

To succeed in this role, you must be a quick learner, a strong communicator, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or above

- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Very good skills to create collaterals & presentations using Word, Excel, Power Point.

- Strong time management skills

- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, and understand high tech SaaS product.

Responsibilities :

- Educate customers on QuickReply product and services, as well as it's benefits for customer on growing their sales.

- Identify opportunities to address customer needs with QuickReply's product and services.

- Consult with customers on best practices for WhatsApp marketing automation, measuring it's impact on sales and analysis on what works or not, and tips for improvements.

- Maintain strong working relationships with end customers, and proactively solving all of their issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders from all levels of customer organizations.

- Practice good CRM hygiene by keeping up to date records of customer interactions, deal stages, etc.

- Close new revenue from inbound and outbound sources, completing the whole sales cycle from lead generation to closing a deal.

- Manage and grow existing accounts, by identifying potential customers, reviewing their accounts and suggesting right strategies which results in upsell.

- Become an expert on WhatsApp marketing automation for eCommerce

- Represent QuickReply at webinars, exhibitions, client meetings, etc.
