Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing SDR and AE with experience selling SaaS solutions to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing deals, for QuickReply.ai, our market-leading WhatsApp marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding sales quotas, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of the SaaS landscape in a high velocity sales environment.

About QuickReply.ai :

QuickReply is a product-based company where we are building a WhatsApp Marketing Automation Platform for E-Commerce Stores. In the last 18 months, we have gained 400+ paying customers across the globe with a 15X increase in revenues. In the next 2-3 years, most email & SMS communication will move to WhatsApp for most businesses and we have a huge business opportunity to become a billion-dollar company.

QuickReply.ai was founded by two IIT-Delhi alumni having 12 years of experience who developed enterprise software for companies like Oracle, NetApp, Walt Disney, and MindTickle.

Location :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through outbound and inbound lead generation, delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team.

2. Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn/ WhatsApp outreach, lead follow-ups, sales qualifications, and offer detailed product information.

3. Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiation and closure.

4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize client retention and growth.

5. Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the value of QuickReply.ai in driving effective WhatsApp marketing.

6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.

7. Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address these effectively.

8. Provide feedback to the product team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

9. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

10. Accurately track and report sales activities and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience as an SDR or AE, preferably in the SaaS industry.

2. Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish.

3. Experience in lead generation and business development.

4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.

6. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.

7. Experience selling marketing technology is a plus.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

9. Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and sales process.
