Responsibilities :

- Acquire new clients and logos for the organization, focusing on corporate sales and B2B relationships.

- Provide training and professional development to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Set sales goals and implement initiatives to increase revenue and market share.

- Assist sales team members in building quality relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Develop strategies for expanding the company's reach.

- Generate reports and data for sales analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

- Handle escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team effectively.

- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to provide leadership to the team and support customers throughout the sales process.

- Utilize strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, and IT services, to address client requirements.

- Apply comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
