Quess Corp - Sales Trainer (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Develop training modules and materials tailored to the needs of sales professionals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
- Organize and manage training schedules, logistics, and venues.
- Monitor and report on the progress of participants during training.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Graduation from a UGC Approved university.
- 3 to 4 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2 years in sales or training.
- Average communication skills with a presentable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork as required.
