Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive (Luxury Industry)
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in paid digital advertising. This role involves executing and optimizing high-impact campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead generation and brand visibility. This role also supports ad hoc projects across various digital marketing verticals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid digital advertising platforms and a track record of successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, and execute paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Ensure alignment with the brand's visual identity, tone, and style across all paid media channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, and cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, and improve campaign performance.
- Oversee daily monitoring, reporting, and delivery of media plans, ensuring KPI success.
- Adapt strategies based on regional trends, local market nuances, and seasonal shifts.
- Work closely with agencies and stakeholders to execute and deliver marketing plans.
- Analyze media performance and creatives, suggesting improvements and next steps.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and billing processes for accuracy and transparency.
- Deliver detailed analysis and reporting on paid media actions, identifying new opportunities and corrective solutions when necessary.
- Ensure seamless integration of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and paid platforms with brand assets.
Requirements:
- Strong lead generation experience in paid social, search, and display (programmatic experience is a plus).
- Expertise in platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Pmax, Display, YouTube, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Experience with DV360, CM360, and Amazon DSP is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of search and social platform algorithms.
- Experience in ad operations, including trafficking, click trackers, and UTM implementation.
- Experience working with UHNI customers, understanding luxury market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in media planning, budgeting, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with AI tools.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing for luxury brands or agencies.
- Strong understanding of luxury industry trends and marketing strategies, both locally and globally.
