Job description
- Design and manage campaigns end-to-end in conjunction with the marketing team within Salesforce to improve key customer and prospect journeys and drive customer engagement and CLV growth.
- Develop campaigns that target different segments appropriately, considering target segmentation, tailored propositions and offers, bespoke copy, and format to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Work with the broader marketing team (copywriters/designers) on any required assets for campaigns across copy, imagery, and other content requirements, working closely with them to refine and ensure the creative will support campaign targets.
- Build your own campaigns using drag-and-drop templates and various design elements.
- Ensure all campaigns are quality checked (spelling, layout, accuracy) as standard, with all content approved by key stakeholders.
- Report on campaign performance and their impact on key business metrics and use data/analytics to validate suggestions, leveraging these insights to drive campaign improvements.
- Analyze market reports to determine what kind of marketing trends the business should respond to Ensure a test and learn mindset is at the heart of all campaigns, testing channels, offers, copy, and creativity to drive continuous improvement and support key metrics.
- Support and contribute to the development and implementation of the customer life-cycle marketing plan and planning.
- Support for the wider Marketing Team as and when required
- Apply test and validation best practices with solutions deployment across Development, Configuration, User acceptance test, and Production CRM instances
- Work with marketing team to optimize campaign process
- Troubleshoot software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology with the technology team.
- Keep up with upcoming CRM Online updates per Salesforce roadmaps publication and other communications channels and identify opportunities to further optimize.
