Quarks - Business Development Manager (2-3 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Bring in new business aggressively for permanent, C2H, Temporary positions, etc
- Build and maintain a good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business
- Market Research, Competition Analysis and devising strategies for business development
- Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maximize your sales, business development, and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.
- Achieve agreed revenue goals/profitability targets and personal development goals
- Client Management, delivery management
- Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement in order for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role
Skills:
- At least 2-3 years of experience for business development in recruitment, or IT service environment.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, fixing appointments, follow up with clients is a must-have.
- Having existing relationships with clients to bring immediate business would be a plus.
- A self-starter with a desire to succeed who can spot new opportunities
- Enthusiastic and passionate for business development and delivering above and beyond the norm.
- Ability to work on its own with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
