Job Summary

- We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

- As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

- Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Duties :

1. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

2. Set clear team goals & monitor team performance

3. Oversee day-to-day operation

4. Partake in strategizing new initiatives for growing business with a quantifiable end product.

5. Delegate tasks based on each member's strength & skills

6. Motivate team members & organize team building activities

7. Discover training needs

8. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Criteria for Applying :

1. Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

2. Have an interest in Financial Markets. Prior Knowledge of the same will act as an advantage

3. Excellent communication and leadership skills

4. Persuasive in nature with good negotiations skills

5. Organizational and time-management skills

6. Decision-making skills

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

8. Target Driven/Result Oriented

Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Sales & Business Development

CTC Offered :

- INR Up to 7 LPA Plus Incentives

- Upon consistent performance, an employee can earn upto 40-75% of Salary as their monthly incentive
