Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead and oversee the work of employees in our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company's vision and culture.
The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company's activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the financial goals set in terms of revenue targets and gross margin targets on a month on month basis.
2. Team management and strategic planning to improve efficiency and cost optimization
3. Responsible for optimally fulfilling Qualified leads ensuring quality parameters are met
4. Understand market opportunities and work towards business growth
5. Communicate strategies and results to all employees and drive performance of the team to exceed planned objectives
6. Monitor the Call records and listen to live calls on a regular basis in order to provide feedbacks for improving call quality
7. Co-ordinate and engage with Business and Support teams for timely resolution of queries/ escalations
8. Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, assigning, coaching & especially maintaining the work force
9. Ensure policy adherence and cohesiveness across the vertical
10. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
11. Ensure attrition and absenteeism of team members is within control.
12. Formulate strategies to retain and motivate the workforce.
13. Design and implement incentive schemes relevant for the process.
14. Act as a level of escalation for people grievances.
15. Responsible for the career progression of team members
Skills & Expertise:
1. Demonstrated experience in scaling up business operations - Prior experience as profit centre head is desired.
2. Ability to manage multiple teams led by respective TLs across the vertical
3. Seasoned and successful leader, preferably with experience in a major & complex industry or organization in a competitive market segment.
4. Carry good business acumen to help with the growth of the organization
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Should be target oriented
7. High level of integrity and work ethic.
8. A good people manager to ensure everyone is motivated
9. Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets
10. Person should be ready to work on Saturdays and Sundays with rotational offs
Experience: 5 years
CTC Offered: Up to 15 LPA + Variable
