Job Description -
- Endorsing the product to clients and handling queries( chat, email, call)
- Responsible for client relationship management.
- Efficiently taking care of with student enquiries.
- Helping the marketing team with the mail campaigns.
- Being the POC for the product
What we need-
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and self- starter
- Passion for customer service
Working hours- Mon- Fri ( 1 Pm - 10 PM)
Location- Malad, Mindspace
