Job Role Title : Business Development Associate

START DATE : Immediately

LOCATION : Faridabad, Haryana

WORKING DAYS : Monday-Friday

CTC : 20-25k per month

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Mapping of potential companies & students database for the assigned geography.

- Relationship management with HR Heads & senior managers of the company.

- Regular call with Potential Companies to develop relationships and on-boarding them on Quantel to make our startup as Learning Partner.

- Details to be updated daily on software tools. Ensure compliance of end-to-end on-boarding process.

- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team in respect of prospecting & leads, follow up and update.

- Extend support & query resolution (if any) faced by Institutes with the help of back end Internal Coordination.

Skills Required :

- Ready to work in a Startup Environment, where performance and growth are the only criteria to grow.

- Effective oral and written communication skills.

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
