Qualitech Solutions & Services - eCommerce Specialist (1-4 yrs)
- Listing new products on the marketplaces like Amazon, SnapDeal, Flipkart etc. & doing regular audits to ensure correct listing is live on the platform.
- Optimizing and modifying the existing prices on the marketplaces to increase the product visibility and hence sales.
- P.O. Processing, label processing, maintaining, payment processing etc.
- Raising incidents on portal - Amazon and Flipkart, maintaining seller ratings, claiming returns from customers.
- Strategizing & implementing the plan of action for the month on month growth in the sales from the existing online marketplaces.
- Be the sole point of contact internally for the marketplace & solve any issues related to the panel.
- Preparation of monthly reports & analysis about the progress of the platforms.
- Should be able to assist the operations & accounts team in case of any issue in the order fulfillment, inventory updates, payments etc.
- Grow order volume while maintaining a profitable unit matrix.
- Coordination with logistics and warehouse managers for timely dispatch.
- Good verbal communication skills - English and Hindi
- Good written communication skills - English
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel - Pivot tables, formulas, vlookup
- Responsible, dedicated and self motivated
- Good analytical skills. Accounting background is a big positive.
- Data management skills.
