- The future of the IT industry will be based on customers using public cloud platforms to run their IT applications. Oracle provides access to its large array of business applications, including Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Database, Netsuite integrated cloud business software suite and much more through the cloud. Oracle also provides its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platform to customers, enabling them access to unprecedented computing capacity on which customers can run their software suites alongside and integrated into their cloud applications.
- CSS Oracle builds and delivers both learning and certification programs that ensure Oracle customers can understand and get the very best from Oracle's great products and services. The OCI Learning Program has been developed to ensure that customers have all the tools they need to skill up their OCI Center of Excellence. The program is designed for both Enterprise customers and customers driving digital transformations.
- In this role you will be responsible for working the OCI sales teams to introduce the OCI Learning program to their customers and then deliver the training solution to the customer.
Responsibilities :
- Build a pipeline of target customers and opportunities
- Understand the customers' training needs
- Work with the customers to establish an agreed set of targets for training/certifying their employees
- Must be able to position the "value" of these solutions to everyone!
- Regular reviews with customers covering performance against targets
- Work with OU Sales reps to position and sell the OCI Learning Program
- Engaging with Sales leadership and present the program at team meetings
- Work with the OCI Learning Programme team to deliver the portal solutions
- Work to agreed targets to roll out solutions and drive OCI training consumption
This initiative has taken off globally and you will enjoy working as part of a very small global team that is delivering a very compelling proposition to Sales and customers.
Required Profile :
- 4-5 years Sales experience
- Great communicator - spoken and written
- Team player
- Preferred experience of selling IT Services
