Job Description:-
Major Responsibilities:-
1. Sales of LED Luminaries - Lead generation, Customer acquisition & retention
2. Maintenance and Extension of Sales Territory
3. Image Building & Developing Product Knowledge
4. To be in sync with the market conditions & give regular feedback to operations department
5. Preparation of training programs for sales executives
6. Supervising sales team, setting & monitoring of targets
7. Collecting information about competitor strategies & their products
8. Ensuring Collection of Dues and Credit Information of Clients
Other Responsibilities:-
1. To regularly update the management about status of sales targets
2. To devise training programs for the sales team & after-sales service team
3. To accompany the sales team to client meetings & make presentations
4. To co-ordinate with production department to ensure timely delivery to clients
Key Requirements:-
1. The candidate should be very fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
2. Should be convincing while presenting to clients & while demonstration of products
3. Should have demonstrated success in B2B Sales & Government Sales
4. Should know use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
5. The candidate should be a go getter with leadership traits to lead the sales team
6. Should be able to work under stress, time-bound scenarios & demanding situations
7. Should develop team members and groom them for higher positions within the company
8. Should work closely with production team to understand client requirements & devise solutions
9. Candidate should be ready for frequent travelling for company official work
10. Knowledge of any additional languages will be an added advantage
