Job Summary:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies to increase company revenue, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
- This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business strategies and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand the business network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree in a related field.
- Experience in the AI and cloud solutions industry is a plus.
- Strong network of contacts in the industry.
