Job Description :
- The Field Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory. and/or named list of customers by means of in person interactions. Along with the
- Inside Account teams, the Field Sales Account Manager will build direct relationships with end user organizations on solution opportunities.
- This role is ideal for candidates who can commit to field work, and enjoy travelling, selling, are achievement oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals.
- Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to our offices in Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore.
Education and Experience :
- 2-3 years of work experience in similar positions/freshers can apply for entry level positions.
- Relevant sales or technical certifications will be given preference
- Consistent achievement of sales quotas and ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.

Interface/Communication :
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills.

- Must be accomplished in making presentations
- Communicates with the IS account teams
- Coordinates activities with Marketing on a regular basis
- Uses CRM tools to facilitate multiple aspects of sales cycle.
Influence/Impact :
- Increase coverage of focus segments in local market
- Increase Quadra brand visibility
- Develop accounts that will bring incremental revenue for Quadra today and in the future
- Problem Solving & Works independently & proactively to avoid & resolve issues.
