QodeNext - Manager - Business Development/Solution Sales (5-9 yrs)
BDM - Solution Sales
Responsibilities :
- Develops account plans to achieve assigned targets in given Industry and market with specific product.
- Prepares and presents monthly forecast by accurately leading opportunity dates, Booking value and Revenue in CRM.
- Develop a network of customer and industry contacts to position Qodenext as a key player of the Technology solution.
- To work with multiple stakeholders within organization Execute customer centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations both virtually with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Ability to perform detailed customer business analysis, connect with insights, articulate the solution, and execute buy in at C-level.
- Maintain resilience in face of obstacles.
- Develop high impact presentation, proposals which articulate Qodenext differentiated solution, market leadership, and unique value as a technology partner.
- Build and execute a sales plan to achieve booking and revenue targets on quarterly basis.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, current opportunities, and future planned activities.
- Work collaboratively with product team to share market feedback/need in building product road map .
Prerequisites :
- 5 to 9 years sales experience as Hunter, Creative pathfinder to grow the market.
- Graduate engineers preferred or any with techno commercial experience.
- Experience selling technology solution projects, which include Software solutions, automation products, machine vision and capital equipment sales (hardware) in multiple industries.
- Ability to sell at all decision-making levels in organization ranging from mid-size to Fortune 100 companies.
- Able to travel up to 60% on need base.
- Previous sales experience in a Perpetual, SaaS, and Cloud software
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise software and IT services
- Experience selling in any or combination of the vertical must, Pharma/Life Sciences, Agro, Auto, FMCG, Textile.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic start-up environment.
- Experience utilizing Client Relationship Management to manage pipeline.
