QodeNext - Manager - Business Development (6-7 yrs)
Lead Generation :
- Prospects and generates new sales lead from Market.
- Identify new leads which may have potential of Track & trace solutions, People Management, truck in Truck out, Blockchain, IIOT and other related solutions using technologies like Barcode, RFID, BLE from Named Accounts.
- Generating sales funnel for various services/products offered by the company using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Meet potential contacts / officials by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your existing network.
Strategy & Presentation :
- Responsible for understanding a prospect's business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored proposal.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Strategic planning to improve client results
- Coordinate internally with pre-sales, software and marketing team members to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met.
- Negotiate and close the requirement.
- Coordinate client and delivery team as and when required for on-time delivery.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Proactively asserts influence over events to achieve goals. Demonstrates a readiness to generate ideas & solutions. Is self-starting & takes action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
Product Knowledge :
- Has in-depth knowledge about the product and category it belongs to with regards to software, hardware and consumables
- Is able to answer questions raised about the product accurately
