QodeNext - Manager - Business Development (5-8 yrs)
- Generate & Manage Leads
- Lead Generation
- Identify new leads which may have potential for application of ADC products like Barcode printers, scanners, RFID, etc.
- Scan market/ cold calls to potential customers
- Understand the potential of the lead generated
- Prepare Daily Call Report
- Update the status of the leads in the system
- Define a plan to ensure complete follow up on the leads
- Obtain / Identify leads from existing customers for potential new customers
Lead Follow up :
- With Customer
- Initiate contact with the lead
- Introduce self and the company
- Understand requirements and recommend suitable product for the application
- With Pre Sales Team for any specific query related to the product
Lead Closure :
- Conduct credit verification of customers to understand the credit worthiness of a customer in consultation with seniors
- Verification of stock availability of products ordered by the customer
- Conducts negotiation on rates and discount with customers to close the order in consultation with the senior (will KAM close a deal?)
- Sales Order Processing
Order taking :
- Prepare Purchase Order based on customer requirements
- Enter details of the Purchase Order in the Sales Order form in SAP
Order execution :
- Provide all required information to service team for timely installation Follow-up with the designated person at customer side and service team for feedback on installation
Payment follow up :
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
- Customers Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contacts with existing customers
- Analyze customer needs in consultation with seniors
- Updates customers about new products, new solutions, new technologies etc either through mails or during visits
- Obtain feedback on company products, service levels, prices etc
Customer Complaint Resolution :
- Passing on complaints received from customers to the concerned team
- Target Vs Achievement
- Accountable for meeting his/ her sales target set at the beginning of the year and would be tracking his efforts on a quarterly basis, the achievement as against the target set.
