QodeNext - Key Accounts Manager (5-7 yrs)
- Identify new high value & volume potential customers in Track & trace solutions, People Management, truck in Truck out, Blockchain, IIOT and other related solutions using technologies like Barcode, RFID, BLE and convert them to sales.
- Generate sales funnel for various services/products offered by the company using knowledge of the market and competitors. Identify, develop & promote company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Understand customer requirement and present customized solution
- Manage profitability through the achievement of targets, pricing decisions.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to retain them. This shall also help in anticipating changes and improvements in their requirement or process
- Complete understanding of portfolio of clients handled and ensure timely resolution of complaints
- Expand relation with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements/objectives
- Coordinate internally with pre-sales, software, marketing & delivery teams to ensure quality production, timely delivery for full customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely delivery of products & solutions
- Prepare regular reports of progress & forecasts to internal stakeholders
- Ensure all incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are dealt with in a professional manner
- Timely collection of payments
- Comply to all local compliance requirements. Ethical in his approach when dealing with company assets and people
- Contribute to the creation of a healthy and positive work environment for all
