Job Description Of Inside Sales Executive :
- Enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to generate quality leads
- Follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries
- Updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Able to conduct research on market trends and competitors' products
- Should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals
- Should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times
Key Result Areas :
- Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing overqualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
