Job description:
- To contribute to the vision and go-to-market of QN
- Nurture existing and new client relationships - across Fortune 500, Startups & MSMEs
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
- Responsible for creating and driving their sales pipeline. Capture leads outside of specialization and use closed-loop lead management to ensure assignment and follow- ups.
- Maintains knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products and services better.
- Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.
- Provide support to BA team and provide input regarding business processes
- Development of quota objectives and future direction for defined product category.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
- Focus on growing contractual renewals for mid-to-large accounts with more complexity, to higher- total contract-value renewals.
- Directs or coordinates supporting sales activities.
- Client Acquisition: identify the needs of the client and become their strategic partner in their traceability and supply chain journey
Typical Day :
The primary responsibility of a Sales Consultant is reaching out to the executives at CXO level of various prospects. These prospects are pre-screened at individual level and business analyst team to fit our client profile. The outreach primarily is via calls and LinkedIn. A day in a Sales Consultant role typically starts by discussing the Daily Goals with the Manager, along with analysing the sales pipeline and sort out the activities that need to be done for the day. Activities include sending emails, calling prospects and setting up meetings, take the set meetings, and following up with the leads with whom the meetings are already done. The set meetings should be conducted by a Sales Consultant with utmost sincerity keeping our company's interests in mind. Understanding and analysing the client's situation based on the information given by the client is something that a Sales Consultant should be well versed with. The Sales Consultant would receive the necessary training & tools to be efficient at the job and are expected to be autonomous in your role.
