Responsibilities :
Training and Development :
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members.
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and call center processes.
Talent Recruitment :
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and recruit the right sales talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates possess the necessary skills and competencies.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver training programs focused on product knowledge, features, and benefits.
- Train the sales team on how to effectively sell products and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement :
- Evaluate and improve clinic and call center processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations.
Performance Monitoring :
- Track and report on training effectiveness and sales performance.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement.
Content Creation :
- Create engaging training materials tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within a healthcare environment.
- Develop training modules to educate the team on sales, processes and procedures that needs to be followed to ensure the best patient experience.
- Integrate real-life patient stories and scenarios into training to promote practical learning.
