Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Sales Training to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing our sales team, optimizing clinic and corporate processes and driving revenue growth. This role involves working on all aspects of sales to achieve organizational revenue targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service

- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs

- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to captivate and inspire an audience.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities :

Training and Development :

- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members.

- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and call center processes.

Talent Recruitment :

- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and recruit the right sales talent.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates possess the necessary skills and competencies.

Sales Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Deliver training programs focused on product knowledge, features, and benefits.

- Train the sales team on how to effectively sell products and solutions.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement :

- Evaluate and improve clinic and call center processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations.

Performance Monitoring :

- Track and report on training effectiveness and sales performance.

- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement.

Content Creation :

- Create engaging training materials tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within a healthcare environment.

- Develop training modules to educate the team on sales, processes and procedures that needs to be followed to ensure the best patient experience.

- Integrate real-life patient stories and scenarios into training to promote practical learning.
