- Passionate about Inside Sales or Sales- with an experience of 1 to 4 years
- Strong Email Writing Skills with exceptional Market Research Techniques
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated, results-driven, efficient, organized, resilient, persistent, highly motivated to achieve earnings and continuous learning.
- A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
- A sense of urgency and persistence
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Strive to continuously improve your Inside sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
