Qdegrees Services - SEO Expert (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Perform ongoing discovery, research and analysis for competitors, links, keywords, rankings and campaigns to drive the content marketing strategy.
- Should ensure SEO principles; practices and optimization methods are applied in different activities across website, search marketing, PR and social media.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive link building strategy in accordance with the overall content marketing strategy.
- Execute a combination of on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building, social media, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, information architecture, etc.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for elements and structure of websites and web pages including site architecture and site maps.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve and sustain best results.
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results Configure, review and report website performance using webmaster tools, XML sitemaps, analytics, etc.
- Monitor search rankings, performance, web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools to provide periodic reports highlighting performance and provide actionable insight.
- Actively monitor the quickly evolving landscape of search engines.
- Communicate impact of changes and ensure prioritization of content and functionality enhancements.
- Can work with content specialist and also write few content as per the process requirement.
- Regular posting on social media pages and websites, blogs etc.
Required Skills :
- A functional understanding of HTML and CSS
- The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills
- Proven success in link building and related strategies
- A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
- Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
- A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations
- The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy
- A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
- An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry
- Familiarity with the tools of the trade like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Alexa etc.
- Should be Search Engine Optimization Certified Professional.
