Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with over 8 years of experience, particularly in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative and communication skills, with a proven track record of developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the IT services industry, aligning with business goals and target audience needs.
- Campaign Management : Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Content Creation : Develop engaging content that reflects the company's brand voice and resonates with the target audience. Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Analytics & Reporting : Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate detailed reports. Analyze data to derive actionable insights and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's digital marketing strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Budget Management : Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on all digital activities.
- Brand Management : Enhance and maintain the company's online presence and brand reputation across all digital channels.
Qualification s:
Experience :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in the IT services industry.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
Skills :
- Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
