QBrainX - Manager - Business Development/Sales - ERP (4-11 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Research and qualify leads/prospects through in-depth web research.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations.
- Act as the subject matter expert on the IT service/solution offerings.
- Promote and market the company's IT services/solutions through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and communication(s) to prospective clients.
- Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.
- Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them strategically for successful conversion.
