Job Title: Business Development Intern
Location: Work from Office only
Internship Duration - [3 months to 6 months base on the performance observed as fulltime employee]
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, presentations, and sales documents.
- Support lead generation activities through cold-calling, networking, and email campaigns.
- Participate in meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) databases with client information.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.
Requirements :
- Should be a pass out of 2016 to 2021 only.
- MBA graduate with a specialization in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is MUST.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and achieving targets.
- Basic understanding of the IT service industry and interest in technology solutions.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
