Title: Sales Admin Representative
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon West)
Experience: At least 5-10 years in an administrative/financial position in a corporate environment
Education: Bachelors degree desired. Associated degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience is preferred
This is sales admin and coordinator position; responsibilities include coordinating with Installed Base customers, vision scheduling, managing partner visions, License Quotations, Legal documentation,, selling and closing new business to existing customers.
This role is overlay to the field sales force, typically supporting the initiatives of the field sales organization and not carrying an individual quota. He will carry a achievement of Business Unit Revenue Target as part of his Team Quota.
Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested. Has good knowledge of company products, systems and services. May direct customers to website or other company resources for information.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Administrative and support activities for India BU
- Supports Regional GCA team in Sales Order Forms, Maintenance
- Renewal,Legal Contracts, Company Updates
- Works closely with Installed Base Customers and send Quotes, Proposals,
- Vision Schedules, Maintain Contact information, Legal documentation, partner opportunity followup and update in Qforce, Partner Visions.
- Responsible for contract documentation, discount approvals, legal approval of Proposals, Contracts, NDA etc.
Other responsibilities as provided :
- Preparing quotes, contractual agreements, transfer documents, presentations
- Managing & updating Qforce
Marketing support
- Handling marketing co-ordinations and requirements.
- Coordinating with corporate and other regional support staff for sourcing materials
Attending & supporting Account Planning sessions
Skills:
- Good at Excel, Power point, MS office, well conversant with internet
- Proficiency with corporate standard office computer communication and desktop tools
- Experience of working on some ERP tool
- High degree of Customer Service orientation
- Sales/Marketing document/correspondence structure and presentation experience.
- High degree of initiative and motivation
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively within a remote team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
