Business Development Executive Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven 1 year experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
